FAQs

Q: How far in advance should I place my order?


A: We recommend placing your order at least 14 days in advance to
ensure availability and proper planning. Rush orders may be accepted
based on schedule availability and could include an additional fee.


Q: What is your delivery radius?

A: We deliver within a 15-mile radius of Springdale and Rogers, Arkansas.
Delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout based on your location.
For deliveries outside that radius, please contact us directly.


Q: What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

A: Outdoor installations are weather-dependent. We do not recommend
setup in high winds, extreme heat, or rain. If poor weather is expected, we
will work with you to reschedule, modify the setup, or find an indoor
alternative when possible.


Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If you need
to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. We may be able to apply
your payment as a credit toward a future event if sufficient notice is given.

Q: How long does setup take?

A: Setup times vary depending on the size and complexity of your
installation. Most standard balloon garlands take 30–60 minutes, while
larger or more detailed installs may require up to 2 hours. We confirm
timing during your consultation.
